File - 03. HOW TO POST YOUR TRADE LIST

In order to maintain a single grouping of all Members Trade Lists
of what they have to trade out as well as what they are looking
for, please follow the procedure below:

1. Click on
MEMBERS TRADE LISTS
LISTS OF WHAT MEMBERS HAVE TO TRADE OR LOOKING FOR IN TRADE

2. When that page opens up, click on
Create Text File.

***WARNING***DO NOT click on Add File, or Create Folder which
are the other two selections given, or your file will be
DELETED.

3. When that page opens up click on the empty box
labeled File Name:
Insert your First Name and First Initial of your Last
Name in that box.
Do not put the words Trade List in there, or anything
else, OTHER THAN First Name and First Initial of your
Last Name. The reason is that if you do type anything else
in there it will most likely throw off the alphabetical
order.

4. In the empty box where you would type or paste
your info regarding what you have to trade out, or, are
looking for, at the very top of the space, type the
following info:

-- Your First Name and Initial of Last Name.
-- Your User name or Yahoo ID
-- YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
-- YOUR ZONE

5. Then, either copy and paste in your Trade List
below the info that you just typed in, or you can
directly type in whatever you have to trade or
what you are looking for in the space provided.

6. When you are done, just click Create File, and
your MEMBER TRADE LIST will be posted under your name.

All of the above info is necessary so that there is
no confusion as to which Peggy or Lynn, or Pat, or
whomever a trader is dealing with.

We have more than a few Peggy's, Lynn's, Pat's, etc.
so all of the above are extremely helpful and will
avoid future confusion for all traders, and especially
newbies who have not yet had the chance to get to
know who is whom in the group.

These are just 6 easy steps! THANK YOU to everyone for
your cooperation in this which will result in an easier
to find listing of Member Trade Lists!

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you post your Trade List incorrectly,
and it is not in accordance with the above directives, you
will be notified via post in the forum. If you are notified
that your Trade List is out of conformance, and you
have not complied with the requested format, IT WILL BE
DELETED FROM THE GROUP'S MEMBER TRADE LIST FILE. You
are always welcome to re-download it again in the
proper format as specified above.

FINAL NOTE -- IMPORTANT:

Once trading begins, you may find it hard to stay on
top of things as messages and posts fly back and forth
quickly. IMPORTANT: Members who are actively trading
NEED to, at the very least be on Daily Digest,OR Individual
Email, and they NEED TO READ the posts daily to stay on top
of their trades in order not to fall into problems in the
Group.

**MEMBERS WHO HAVE NOT TRADED IN THE GROUP FOR AT LEAST A
YEAR WILL HAVE THEIR TRADE LISTS REMOVED FROM THE GROUP TO
MAKE ROOM FOR NEW MEMBERS' TRADE LISTS, AND THEIR NAMES
WILL ALSO BE REMOVED FROM THE GREAT TRADER LISTINGS.
