I think it is wonderful to post these kinds of ideas, makes us think out of the box. Apparently there are more than pictures, Claire S.

Hi Carol, one of the first things I made when I got my embellisher was some wool insoles for my crocs. I have problems with plantar fasciitis which means I need to wear shoes with lots of padding in, the crocs are horrible to look at but supremely comfortable to wear and I can walk much better in them, but they are freezing in winter. The wool was so good for keeping my feet warm.

I will try anything once, twice if I like it.

That is not exactly art, but quite useful. His foot Dr. recommended woolen pads for his toes to prevent pressure spots. I bought a bag of wool that he recommended and quickly realized it is the same as roving. I took some to my Embellisher and felted little pads for between his toes. They work quite well and can be replaced when they become grungy.
