[machine_needle_felting] New needle felters

 

I have had my machine a while and not much used it.  Then I went on a course called Creative Techniques with Textiles at local college.  And we did wet felting as one of the projects.  I found that once I understood wet felting, which I had never done before, I was more confident with machine needle felting - we did do the machine needle felting as well.

 

I too always wanted to produce functional things, but have nerve damage in my neck and cant do anything precise.  I have found that actually, making things which have looking pretty in a frame on a wall is actually very satisfying indeed.  Ihave also used the machine felter in some mixed media projects as well.
