Margo: I saw your piece at the MSWF and it was magical!! congratulations on your prizes. I was amazed at how many people entered the Fine Arts show.
I went to Walmart and got some Downy fabric sheets after reading your post and I will put them in my bins of wool as well. One can't be too careful with these things.

It was an experiment as I was invited to show some of my work in picture form and I didn't have much time for preparation - well I was never fully pleased with it so I used my embellisher and wet felted some green and blue variegated wool to make it more interesting -- and to my surprise a little bluebird began to appear! It was entered into the MD Sheep & Wool and won a first prize; the two vests I entered - both wet felted with some embellisher work and stitching added won a first and second prize; they are on my blog for those of you who'd like to take a peek.

I also have an overflow of a variety of wools and silks in great colors fit for machine needle felting and wet felting that I'll be selling too.
