For the past year I have used a program called RoboForm - love it. It remembers all your log-in information and all you have to remember is the one password you use to open RoboForm. If you have hundreds of log-ins like I do this program is a lifesaver.

How to protect yourself: don't have your computer remember your passwords. If you are at home, a sticky note on the wall is far safer.
