[machine_needle_felting] felting on silk scarves

 

I was in Taos a few days ago and went to a store called Southwest Weaving which was a real treat: handspun hand dyed yarn, woven and felted art, including wearable art, looms, and so on. I am not a weaver but I was attracted to some very gauzy, lightweight scarves which had patches of needlefelting on them. I can't wait to get home from my trip and try it!
