a lot of plants like that I think are seedlings. I think there are 2 or 3 different types of Aztec Golds...

I have both also. Both are grown in-ground and are now fairly large (about 6' and 8' tall) and I have made the same observations about the leaves and growth habit. I've also found that both are very suspetible to rust.

In my opinion, they're the same....if they're are not the same plant...then they should be catagorized in the "might as well be" file ;)

Here are a couple of pics of both. The SP picture is from 09 and the KB is from 08. Don't let the subtle differences in the pics fool you....when you hold the blooms right next to each other....they're the same. (Although, the KB might be a bit larger, but that could be that it is planted in a better location)

I have a plant labeled as 'Kimi Beauty' that I strongly suspect to be Scott Pratt.

My observations on Scott Pratt, which I have owned for many years, is that the leaves have a bronze cast and they grow upward. The plant itself is a horizontal grower.
My so -called Kimi Beauty is showing the very same characteristics.

Any observations on Kimi Beauty leaves and growth habit?

I'm leaving the blooms out of this discussion, although if anyone has both I would appreciate seeing pictures of the two.
