Thank you all for helping me find the felting fiber I was looking for. Just giving me names for it helped me to find it or describe it so I can find it in the future. Noils, not nepps is the right word for the little chunks. In the Album by Linda Hall (picture is called Noily Fleece)is a picture of some fleece that is perfect for felting foliage and texture in landscapes. It came from a company called, "Cestari" and it is called Merino Craft Wool. They only supply wholsale but I ordered some and am very happy with it. I hope this can help others in some way.
