[Native Gardening] Re: oak leaves and gardens

 

I'l add experience to that knowlege

I am lousy at picking up the leaves so I can say that oak leaves will kinda arrow into the grass, after the wind has been at them for a little bit, allowing the grass to catch sun. Now, any that get piled up will smother things, also m,akeing this a reasonably fair mulch, that also acts as slow release fertilizer.
