[machine_needle_felting] Re: Nuno felting

 

The material they are using for Art Felt looks a lot like water soluable stabilizer material. It is used for stabilizing when doing machine embroidery. Available at most fabric stores for a lower cost. Also Solvy makes a couple of water soluable stabilizers that look more like film than paper.
They also make a paper type that has an adhesive side that I am thinking could be used to help hold designs in place. I picked mine up at JoAnn Fabrics just haven't got to trying it out.
