Below is an example of a service available through the Penn State University school of agriculture Delaware County branch office.
I'm pretty sure this same service is available in County branches
all over the state and I suspect that many other states
have similar programs.
I know the University of Delaware does something
similar.
All the Arborvitaes in our neighborhood in 4 different
yards are suffering from the same kind of fungal infection
and they told me if I bring in a sample for them to
examine, they can tell me exactly what the problem
is and how to treat it.
