Thank you, Thank you and Thank you! I am NEW to all of this and like a sponge wanting to learn. I just won a Janome felting machine from our local quilt shop and picked it up Friday. I did sit down and play for a few minutes and had a wonderful time. After getting excepted in this group I looked and looked at the pictures and said I can do this. Wrong! I can't draw a straight line with out a ruler and sometimes it slips. So please tell me where everyone gets there patterns or are you guys (gals) just artists with a great imagination? What kind of material can you NOT felt on? What are some of the great sites to get me started. I am off of work this coming week and wanting to learn. I have the Dr.'s wife about a mile from me that sells alpaca wool and the sorts so I want to go and see her one day when the snow clears (10"s and we live in the mountains) so it could be the following week. Has anyone used coloring books to get some of there patterns from? Just a little person with lots of questions. Thank you all again. Robin in NC
