Hi Lisa,
In my experience, plumeria get leggy because they don't get trimmed. I hate
trimming mine, so I have a bunch of tall one stalkers! I'm doing better
about trimming them though. I high middle number fertilizer is what I go
with, but you'll get all kinds of opinions. I also agree with Jim, Don's
group is the one to be in!
